recovering from mental insanity

well despite the fact that i have a lot of things (read: papers and test revisions) going on and piling on because i simply ignore them, i decided to blog first while waiting for my downloads to finish. which reminds me that.. if anyone is interested to find out what that stupid mp3 is, it's chen wei lian's "wo zhi shi xiang yao" (no i'm not against chen wei lian. i'm just against the fact that no one around me has the mp3). so here's a widespread appeal --> if anyone has this freaking song, send it to me~!!!!

okay. done with that. i really don't care if i can find that song anymore. frack.

sometimes i wonder.. has everyone changed? or is it me who have yet to follow up with times? everybody seems to have move on, changing for the better while i'm still hanging around, stuck in that virtual era that i imposed on myself.. which seems to exist only in my mind.

still that same old jinglin who doesn't seem to be able to do much.

new look

well finally a new look to my blog~! hahaha.. been wanting something darker.. yet nothing that spells of despair..

it's been boring. i'm totally wasting the 4-day break. which in the first place should be converted back to one full freaking week. oh well. nus is known to negate logic. so let's not talk about it anymore lest someone reads this, tell the dean and get me arrested tomorrow.

tuition's been bad. i hate to hate those kids but they make it difficult for me to love them. so... good luck to them.

wanted to talk more but my inability to find a certain mp3 has totally spoiled my mood. crap.

ta da.. yet another valentine's day alone in store for me tomorrow. 22 years in a row (yes i'm counting even the one that came when i was only 5 months old) and i have yet to spend a valentine's day with that special someone (no. please don't count friends. but i still love you guys ^^)

frankly i'm not counting on NOT spending this day alone again the same time next year. i do not see that happening any time soon. i'm not that bothered already. haha. maybe i'll be bothered again next year. bah.

to all couples out there.. hope you guys last.

my name is.... kim sam soon?!

i'm seriously wondering if i will become like kim sam soon when i turn 30 in eight years. highly possible, i gather.

for the uninitiated, kim sam soon is the lead character in the hit korean drama, "my name is kim sam soon". her prime time is over, she's plump, uncouth, talks loudly, gets dumped and is getting forced into attending matchmaking sessions... i can't help but relate to her.

i think i'll still be getting red packets when i'm thirty.

not that i mind being kim sam soon though.. if i can meet someone like the one she ends up with in the end.. a rich guy younger by 3 years (great.. just what i'm into now).

or give me lee dong wook, my latest love interest. hahaa.. gee i have a collection.

understanding.

things have changed a lot since the last time i updated. looking at the date, it had only been two weeks. maybe slightly more than that but nevertheless, things changed so much... it felt longer than it really is.

i've gotten used to the changes though. i don't look back at the past anymore. although sometimes i wish for something else but i'm twenty one. make that twenty two in 2006. so i know better. i ought to. i didn't just lose things, i gained some too. i'm stronger and i feel better.

well anywayz.. guess what? chinese new year!! hahaa i went back to malaysia to celebrate it with my grandmother.. and getting back in touch with that rural wooden hut that rests quietly in some corner of that big place.

i miss that place. i've been there since young and i know that my grandmother doesn't say it but she's happy to see us. my little cousins aren't as well off as my family (well we're not very good either) but because my mother always give them a treat whenever she goes back, they're really happy to see us.

i promise i'll go back often, chat with my grandmother, give my little cousins big treats and bask in those simple happiness that are clouded by too many things going on now.

i love my family ^^
