well well.. been sometime since i last updated i can see.. haha. so there's quite a few things.. hahaa..
yesterday, shuz and i went to chinese garden to attend nez's dance performance.. i don't quite know the exactly spelling of their jazz dance group.. opium five? right.. it sounded like "opium"... but .. ooh. let's just hope it's not that politically-incorrect yeah? haha.. maroon five~?
well well.. it wasn't exactly the best performance i've seen truthfully.. i've confessed to nez as well.... which she herself agreed.. it was something about the choreography i guess.. which made the dance look a bit messy at times.. but i guess.. they always have another chance.
we had a great time.. walking around and getting all inspired by the chinese-inspired architecture in the garden.. which i can't even remember my last trip there. shuz started pretending to be the emperor while i was another concubine and was practically forced to make a poem by one of waterfalls around.. haha.. not exactly normal fun...but considering that my latest interests are all prc-related.. my fav. actor.. my currently must-watch shows.. haha.. and too many a times have people mistaken me for a prc.. i think i'm indeed turning into one.
talking about "the uninvited" .. that'a s korean movie i managed to catch on scv yesterday night..i didn't manage to catch everything but i think i quite understood it.. jeon ji hyun was rather good as a deranged young wife, suffering from narcolepsy who could see things.. while the male lead, park shin young was convincing as a man who was tormented by his own forgotten past.. it's not exactly a ghostly story.. but it is haunting in some way.. jeon ji hyun is definitely one of my fav. korean female star.. she can act! haha
and anyway.. here's a little update on something which has always puzzled me.. a few days ago.. my manager.. who is quite gam with my just graduated friend asked what major i was.. i said psychology and guess what the manager said?
"wow? psychology! wah.. so scary."
okie.. i'm not quite sure waht she's trying to say.. but as always...as a proud psych major student.. i want to say.. my dear madam.. no no.. a psych major can't read your mind.. she can't bloody analyze you in secret while you're talking.. she can't hypnotize you either and there's nothing scary about it..
unless you are talking about the stats core mods, of course.
